Become a Member

This membership is available to persons or entities who own, build, develop, operate, or manage residential rental housing properties within our territory in Georgia (Columbia, Richmond, Lincoln, Elbert, Wilkes, Taliaferro, Warren, Glascock, McDuffie, Jefferson, Burke). Membership dues are based on the number of units per property. For any property that is an active member, the management company is also considered an AAGA member and is able to reap the same benefits of the organization.

*BlueMoon forms must be purchased separately, however, you must be a member of the Association and in good standing to have access to these forms. 

Dues Rates:

1-50 Units: $150 flat fee per property 
51-200 Units: $250 per year plus $1.25 per unit
201-350 Units: $350 per year plus $1.25 per unit
351+ Units: $400 per year plus $1.25 per unit

Please note: If your property joins on or after October 1st your dues payment will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next year's dues.  If your property joins prior to October 1st dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.

Annual Dues: $375.00

Please note: If your company joins on or after October 1st your dues payment will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the given year plus the next year's dues.  If your company joins prior to October 1st dues will be the equivalent of one full year of membership, and a pro-rated renewal invoice for the next year will be billed in November.   

Management Companies are automatically members when their property is a member.

If you manage one or more units/properties from a centralized office (there is no onsite office for the units or property), you can opt to combine the unmanned units and join under the Management Company instead of each individual property. The dues are calculated using the combined total # of unmanned units under the Management Company. If the property has an onsite office, it must join as a Property Member.
