Moisture Management & Emergency Preparedness 9/13/2023

Rumsey Construction & Restoration will teach a 2 part class on Moisture Management and Emergency Preparedness. 

The first part will be on mold & mold remediation. It will go into detail about different types of mold, what to do when you see mold (as a tenant & as a maintenance worker) as well as options for remediation. 

The second part will be an emergency preparedness plan. Basically what apartment communities can do ahead of time to respond to an emergency seamlessly. We will also discuss Rumsey's complementary Emergency Response Plan, how it works, and how it limits downtime in the event of an emergency. 

Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
